Ok probably been done by a few of you but this must be the cheapest and quickest repair for a broken seat belt guide.
I also carried it out on the unbroken one as well to add strength.
Get yourself 2.5 inches(each guide) of 1.25 inch wide heat shrink. Slide over outside prongs of guide apply heat and all sorted.
