I have a set of 18" wheels and tyres, make me a sensible offer.

They’re the tyre sizes. The wheel rim sizes will be moulded into alloy on the back of the rims. Perhaps post some pictures.

I can see on one at least 18 x 8J. That means it is an 8" wide rim. If its a "staggered" set up 2 will be 18 x 8J and 2 probably 18 x 9J. Indicating 9" wide rim. If all 4 are 18 x 8J they are what's called a "square" set up, ie all wheels the same width. Hope this helps.
