2016 A year of Adventure.

Right my lovely friends and hopefully new friends to be..

2016 is shaping up to be a good year.

Can I have your thoughts on dates and not so good dates on the following.

New Forest run 2016
-----------------------------
Looking at a date in May when people are back on the road after the zeds come out of hibernation. ( Shame on you ) Thoughts please on a Sunday. Could do the same route as last year as we all enjoyed it.

After comments from @Gail, and very good ones too. 2nd and 30th May weekends are out as Bank Holidays. So we have 15th or 22nd May I think I would prefer the 15th but open to comments as always when sorting these out.

Euro 2016.
--------------
Meeting up with @DutchScorpion and his fellow Bedders for a long weekend. This looks like it will be late June / Early July. Once the date has been confirmed from our friends in Holland I will update the Euro 2016 Post.

South Downs run 2016

Comments on this being end of September again and would people like a similar route as the South Downs are looking good in September. ( Before some of the zeds get put to sleep again )

I am putting this out early as I feel we have a lot of things going on in 2016.

Looking very good. As for the May dates I'd suggest avoiding the two bank holiday weekends, particularly the 29th as that is the beginning of schools half term week

Looking forward to the full calendar of events so I can get them into my planner
If available and not a zillion miles away for a day trip will try do as many as possible.
Can't do Santa Pod next year as already booked my annual holiday grrrrrrr.

As Gail mentioned avoid bank holidays if possible . Roads ,ferries ,tunnels are murders.
Does not matter what time of year for events and meets etc as my cars on the road and used all year round.

Dutch fellow bedders hey Paul lol We're hoping to do your New Forest cruise but will have to see nearer the time with the Dutch cruise being so close.

As I'm one of the poorer members that put the toy away for winter hibernation, any dates between 01/04/16 & 01/10/16 are fine with me, the routes for the New Forest & South Downs were both great, but I must stipulate that next year on the Soth Downs run that I'm placed in a group that actually knows how to get to and goes through the Hindhead tunnel.

For the new forest run: 15th is better for me but will still need to book annual leave....but count me in!
The earlier the date is confirmed, the easier it will be to book time off work.
Don't want to miss this one as although I live derbyshire now, I'm a true southerner and am new forest born and bred! It's my old stomping ground.
