Next Saturday we're thinking of having a drive out, this is where we are going. Will be at
NY 500 Pickering 9 to 10. From there to Pickering, Helmsley, chop gate ( mini TT) , great ayton, guisborough, taking the 174 stoping at the jack and Jill for a comfort stop and coffee, then down lythe bank into sandend, out over fylingdales, stopping at the horseshoe levisham for a glass of wine for the passengers and crisps, after that it's up to you.

This Saturday 4th mate. It's Kate's idea. Leave her in the back garden while I pop to the shops, with a smartphone, wine and a map and things happen. Roads maybe quite, it's just whether places are open as usual was my concern.

Just a few question about tomorrows run, is the run still on how many cars are going? Will we be stopping anywhere for lunch or is it a picnic as it is
an hour plus run for us to get to NY 500. Is the Jack & Jill the one ar Scaling?

Hi Ken and Linda we'll be going as planned tomorrow. No official lunch stop. Looks like jack and Jill at scaling dam about noon, they do coffee cake etc and ice cream. No idea how many, might just be me and Rod as it's not a formal run. Lovely roads and looking forward to it, weather looks ok. Fully appreciate travel time to ny500 it's about the same for us. Sounds as though we missed a good run I am Ok now just did a bit too much previously and strained my back. If you have another run we will be up for it. We are going to Castle Howard will we see you there?
