I bought some csl reps a week or so ago with as new cheepo tyres on and swapped them over today .I had mv2 reps with brand new Dunlop sportmax tyres the plan was to put the new dunlops on the new csl rims but I have always had a bit of a vague wandering feeling at speed that I put down to the front wishbone rear bushes having some movement. anyway I fitted the new wheels with cheepo tyres and thought I would get the tyres swapped over tomorrow but feck me it now drives straight and true no tramlining no vague wandering at speed just rock solid I cant believe it .its still going to the indie tomorrow to have the bushes and rear brake pipes changed but I think I will leave the tyres as they are . I really am amazed the new tyres are event and I think accelera don't knock them on the price there great

im telling you no more brand snobbery for me .the rear Dunlop's cost me £250 just 500 miles ago there barely scrubbed in I bet the 4 tyres on the new rims never cost that. coming up for sale soon 4 freshly refurbed mv2 reps with as new Dunlop sportmax tyres (though I cant recommend them ebay soon)

I've always found that some of the cheaper brand tyres are pretty good, not brought a bad tyre.... Result nice to find an unexpected fix....
