I need to replace the ABS pump on my 2007 2.5Si are the pumps on all models Inc pre-facelift the same? Just to make sure I get the correct one.

Thanks in advance

Remove your unit and send it to an ecu specialist, it's Likely a dry soldered joint on the board. If you buy another second-hand unit you'll be on borrowed time till that fails.

@Rha where did you send your abs pump ?

Hi Lee and @Neilc, all info on the ABS pump repair can be found on/in Forums under Z Roadster and Coupe, page 11 Nov12 2020, Heading; Only out for a quick run and!!!!!!. This was the second ABS pump repaired and changed by me as my previous Z3 had same problem that's why I went back to known repairer. Both ABS pumps showed same fault on my Delphie scanner and was confirmed to be solder used at the time. Just one real helpful point that @t-tony gave me was the brake peddle being propped in on position which stops the brake fluid going into the system from resovoir, this was a tremendous help on the final bleed which by all accounts can be troublesome. Hope the write up helps. Lee you/me have a lifetime guarantee on that repaired unit only trouble is it's not transferable. Lol (Shouldn't need to be if repair is as stated)
Good luck Neilc.
Just remembered, they ask you if you'd like oem unit back which I did. To make sure it was the same I marked it in a position they wouldn't look at. If your prepared to accept any repaired unit they already have you'll get one quicker.
