I reckon this is the lowest specced E89 it was possible to order in the UK and the MOT expires in under 1 month.

That said the MOT history looks good, its done under 100k and apart from the butchered whippy presents well.

At the end of the day you'd be driving an E89 for under £4k - what's not to like

Well it is advertised by at least 5 different people, one in Kent, Surrey, Cambridge, Walsall, take your pick!
When an advert says "clean title", that raises flags for me, as it's an American saying.
And it's at least £5k too cheap. Scam written all over it.
Another strange thing is this car has had a valid MOT constantly and a new one from February 2024, yet has been untaxed since January 2023.

Sometimes I find it hard not to contact one of these and see how good the scam is TBH.

I would buy it from Marketplace, as it's cheaper than on eBay! And at least 100 miles away from the other.

I wouldn't have posted it if I thought it was a scam but appreciate it is a Marketplace advert so anyone interested should still proceed with caution My first check is always getting the seller to confirm how long they have owned it and the number of previous keeper's. The answer to those questions is 40 months and 8 if anyone is interested
