Well its taken 8 weeks, but I have managed to tw@t my n/s rear alloy on a kerb today. Luckily I took BMW alloy cover out..anyone know what the process is to claim

I would presume you contact BMW or the insurers. What does it say on the paperwork?

Easy peasy lemon squeezey. Just ring up and they send you a PDF doc to fill in.Upload a few pics to a website and wait . Apparently they send a man in a van to do the fix

I'm a regular at tw@ting my wheels, having the four of them refurbed again on Wednesday and no insurance cover
just discount for regular attendance...:banghead:

How much do they charge out of interest ?

And are you able to see the repair afterwards ?

The wheel specialist charges £300 a set. :( No you cant see the repair they look grrrrrrreat.

I think im going to buy a scrapper to drive round in and just leave the Zed on the drive covered in mattresses and bales of cotton wool

I know i'm such a tit. Why cant they invent kerbs made of rubber for the likes of us kerb crawlers!!!!
Car gone in tonight for refurb and when i got there they have a new finish which has a lustre look and brighter than
the silver they are so when i get it back i shall take a couple of pics. :snaphappy:

Why not get a set of rim protectors? I have a set I think they are called Alloygators
