Anti roll bar size

I am about to order some bushes for my 1997 Z3 1.9. There are a number of different size options on the anti roll bar. Is the correct size achieved by measuring them? Or is it written down somewhere? If it is a case of measuring, which place on each bar is the best to do so?

Hi, I have the same car as you, I got mine from BMW main dealer they aren't expensive and they are guaranteed to be the correct ones just from your registration number.

22.5mm Front
14mm Rear

Thanks for the replies. I want to go with polyurethane bushes so the dealer probably isn't the place but I will go with Zedonist's suggestion

@aideym You might be lucky and have the actual size on the existing bushes if you look. That is how I found out I have a very strange 26.5mm on the from of my Zed as it has sports suspension.
