To me it looks as though it has a back end that is crossed with the Z3 and E85 Z4 the sides taken from the current E89 and E85 Z4 and the front end from the 2 series

Not sure on the front but the rest I quite like.
The fronts very boxy and blocky may look different in the flesh again but just doesn't look sleek to me

Looks like an artist impression, Hopefully, as the front looks like something out of a Disney cartoon!

BMW have a missed a trick
They should of kept the Z3 going and updateed it
The MX5 kept going and kept buyers interested!
BMW Roadster seems to be getting bigger and wider :(

Love the z3 styled rear, not keen on its nose, looks like it has a cold

Turbo 6 pot variant seems awesome

Don't like the front end at all way to fussy not clean cut.
Wouldn't be my choice buying a new roadster I daresay it's capable as all new cars are.
But then it's a new car rather than an old classic which is why I have my old Zed to plod around in for classic car fun. :). :rally:

I'm not too sure :p
It looks very square at the front and wide :)
It might look different in the flesh ;)

It looks quite promising and should be OK with the straight six but does it suffer with the ever increasing size of all new models. The Z3 is big enough, the Z4 has just got bigger with each model. at least it is rear wheel drive.

Looks like the current Z4, E89. Except it has a soft top.

Not sure, when I first saw the Z3 back in 1995 I thought 'Wow'.
When the Z4 came out I thought 'Yeah, OK'

Much more like a progression of the E89 than previous photos suggested. The front styling has got far more aggressive - I get the feeling they're trying to match the mercs but it's all a bit angular. The grill is nothing like any of the existing range - BMW won't depart too far from its trademark kidney grill. Even the i8 isn't that aggressive at the front.
I think it will soften before it's out to production. There's no headlight washers so design isn't finished yet. An evolutionary car not a revolutionary car.

Looks like it has a set of teeth that's going to bite the back end of anything that's in front and wont get out of the way! And the back end says thank you and bye bye :ymdevil: Billz will like that!
I do, razor sharp looking.

Seeing as it's auto express we can be sure the real car won't look anything like it!
I they've photoshopped a couple of Z4's and that a Fiat 124/Mx5 to make this.
