Archived BMs on the Lawn Weston Super Mare - Sunday 5th July

A regular on the Zorg event calendar, as we've attended en masse for the last couple of years. It's organised by the BMW Car Club, and they usually run a raffle and 'show and shine' for those who like prizes

I'll add the details as I get them, but the format is that we get to park up near the seafront and join lots of of other beemers. The selection last year was pretty impressive from completely stock to heavily modified.

There is quite a lot to do when you aren't drooling over everyone's cars (fun fair, the beach, aquariam, full english at the Premier Inn).

Usually run a convoy down the M4/M5 if anyone wants to join that.

Hi Paul, I'll add you to the list. It's a nice easy day, arrive - park up - look at other cars and chat with other owners! Unlike the usual shows you aren't restricted to arriving/leaving at particular times.

Will keep the thread updated with more info as it comes available.

All entrants vote for for there 1st 2nd and 3rd car (you do not vote for your own car !). There is no obligation to enter you can just come along and display your car. Please let me know if you need any more info.

I like those shows where the people judge their favs for a true peoples choice. Much better gauge of whether others appreciate your hard work. JIM

HI Guys & Gals

I plan to do this but as a change from previous If the [USERGROUP=16]@West Country[/USERGROUP] group fancy doing a cruise up from say Exeter Services I will detour that way and co-ordinate a group from here to join in.

So Gary Include Blue (still dented so will not be entered in a show and shine (no Surprise there eh! Ron. )) and if others from the west country group wish to travel in convoy I will co-ordinate it.

Would loved to have come Gaz but to close to our French trip so I'll have to miss this one. Would have enjoyed the show and shine as I'm a bit fanatical when it comes to waxing Reggie.
