I just don't see the 'beauty' in the 507. Sorry.
I know beauty is a very personal and subjective thing so ETTO.

And stick out spinners taking off the kneecaps of anyone standing too close.

Can you get 100 profile tyres? Normal profile is 80.

Blockley may do them. He specialises in old looking tyres, but made to modern safety standards.
I used to have a few Matra Bagheera and they had from the factory 155-13 on the front and 185-13 on the back. No profile shown. I always assumed that that meant sidewall equal to width. ie 100% I guess I was wrong. 80 it is.

You are correct. Old crossply tyres were marked in inches so 6,00-16 is what the old 507 has and, contrary to what I said, where no profile is shown the standard profile is 80 (not 100). Found this site

The wheels are massive. It looks like @Duncodin is heading in the wrong direction. He should be looking at 18s not 15s.
16's almost look big enough. But need different, older style wheels. Might get away with 17's but lower profile tyres wouldn't look 'classic'. Profile on 18's would be too low.

Hmmm. 🤔
