I would like to know how to get the most HP for my 2.5i. It is a 2002 Roadster

A 3.0 inlet manifold (any 3.0 M54) and a good remap will give another 15 bhp or so.

I had this with free flow headers, a milled cam and a full exhaust and was pushing 230hp at 5.600 rpm. Lost some low end but on high revs it was a real blast. Would go for a lighter flywheel and some better ecu reprogramming but found a good deal on a E36M3.

I know it's a different engine, but the principles are the same. And it's not that different. Only time will tell how successful it is.
