I have a cruise control kit for all M54 Z3’s and M52TU engines. Basically if you have flyby wire Throttle body it will fit. These are plug & play all done locally under the column plastic cover.

Price posted £125

Are these the only bits one needs if you have a M52TU engine (manual)? I fitted those parts (Cruise control switch - 61318360926; Button for cruise control switch 61311390968 and Interface, cruise control 65718380054 ) and for one reason or another it don't seem to be working. Am I missing something as I read somewhere something about running it for 50 miles before the system recognises it also another article (bimmersport.co.nz goes on about the clutch switch - where do I find this?). Just in case it helps VIN is WBACH32060LE91497 (build date 11/98)
Thanks,

Thanks,

check the outer brake light bulbs have not been changed for LED type, they will stop it working.

To answer your main question, yes all you need is this item.

Many thanks - no box standard.

Mine's an automatic so I believe this isn't required as I don't have a clutch?

Just about to install the same on my M54 3.0 manual... Am I correct that the above doesn't apply to mine and its just a matter of plugging in the interface and stalk switch?
