First BMW I have owned and changing from Mazda Mx5.

1st Impressions are that it is more refined than previous car and quite a bit bigger feeling.

All in though a very nice and comfortable alternative

Here's hoping for many more years of Happiness

:welcome: From Bonzo and Z3lda. :D Another poor person about to be press ganged into the M44 Missive I suppose!

By the way, what colour is your interior? We need pics and lots of information about your Z3,.... and you need a G.S.O.H. for the banter.;)

By the way weren't you the chauffeur in Thunderbirds?

:drinks: Cheers, Bonzo.

Welcome and enjoy the Zed! Very classic color and wheels tribute to the BMW328 1936.:)
It was not the standard wheels model at the launching, in 95?:bookworm:
And thanks for the impression MX5 !; I always wanted for an open/ fair opinion.

welcome mate, lovely looking Z nice move from the Mazda, i think you will find them worlds apart, both have their pluses and minuses but the Zed outshines the MX in so many ways, enjoy the drive and i hope we can get a feed on the difference of the two in a while when you get used to the Z, enjoy ;-)

I had a Eunos/MX5 before I got my Z. 2 totally different cars really. The Mazda is like a road going Go-kart, great fun too. But I never had the same feeling towards it as I have my Z. The Z oozes class and quality as well as fun in spades. BUT, if I'd never had my mazda I would probably have never had my Z, so I'm glad I started with that little car.:)
