Built in Satnav.

Can anyone throw any light on a built in Z4, 2003, built in Satnav which doesn't recognise the disc. First I've heard of on doing this. Thanks,

Mine would occasionally have a hissy fit. Usually ejected the disc, wipe it and put it back in again.

Has the disc worked previously?
