Buying advice Z4

Hi folks, I have a z3 and my brother in law is looking to buy a 2009,
2.5 Z4 ..I don't know much about Z4......Is there any particular issues or problems he should be looking for please, Nigel

I'm guessing with it being 2009 it will be an E89, rather than a very later E85?

If so, pretty much the same things you would look for on the earlier model. One thing I can think of is that certain 19" rims are prone to hairline cracks due to the run flats.

Other than that it's difficult to say without know which model!
