Having said elsewhere there are people doing jobs that shouldn't be, who the actual hell put those weights on the wheels of that Jester? No need foor that at all, would look so much better if they'd taken an extra couple of minutes and put them on the inside out of sight. It's not an important thing, but it does make a difference.

Couldn’t agree more with those comments but the lads who do those jobs aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer and usually happiest to take the easy option which will be encouraged by management to save minutes.

Back when I was doing that sort of stuff we made a point of taking a little longer to get it right, mainly because people that take the time and trouble to do something a bit different will appreciate it. And then they'll bring in their daily.
