CD Changer or not?

When I got my Z4 it came without the cartridge for the CD changer between the seat backs. I'm going to get one from the US in a few weeks. In the mean time I came across the on eBay today and wondered if any one else has seen it or even uses it (or similar).

This allows you to plug into the rear of the head unit and fooling it into allowing you to use the changer port as an AUX port to play iPod, Mp3 players etc. through. Looks like a good £15 worth?

Yeah it's a pretty common addition to the Z4 as its not that easy to change the head unit with the odd shaped dash. The alternative is a Dension unit, more expensive but a lot more flexible. First Google result below, and I'm sure they can be got cheaper elsewhere...
