CD Changer & Satnav Access

I have a problem where I am getting no sound from the CD Multi Player-Satnav or Blue tooth, I get sound from the head unit but nothing else, I suspect a wire problem behind the Multi Player,Satnav,Bluetooth, When I first had the car I did not realise that the Phone Cradle was attached by wire and may have given it a tug which I think has pulled a plug out from behind, Does anyone know how to gain access to the back of these units?
