Just ordered a refurbed wheel from Jack at Royal steering wheels. Is there anything to look out for when changing them over, other than the airbag?

1. Make sure the battery is disconnected first of course. Remove the plastic cowel below the steering wheel and you'll see a little orange wiring connector that you should undo.

Remove the two torx screws behind the steering wheel to release the air bag assembly, then there are two connections on the back of it to undo, if I remember right. Carefully place the air bag out of the way.
Undo the retaining nut to undo the wheel, taking care of the disconnected wire as you take wheel off.
Then you'll have to take the slip ring off and fit it to your new one. New one then ready to go on.

Then post pics so we can admire it .

Make sure the new wheel goes on at the exact same orientation as the old one
