When I parted with the e84 X1 BLACK I said never again, this f48 X1 is white, and it never seems to look in dire need of cleaning.
Unfortunatly sons CooperS is black, and shows every bit of whatever gets on it.

But the best next to red though :D
My only experience with Red was a Volvo 850R , when the car went at 2 years old the colour had faded very badly, fortunatly it was on lease, and no way could we be held responsable. It was a very nice car for covering a lot of miles ,but was heavy on tyres. I have seen a lot of Red cars of that period fade the same.

Red blooms and is a t**t to keep at its best, hence, black is best :D

The pigment in red and yellow was terrible for breaking down in the 90's. Don't seem to see it now days so maybe they have got on top of the problem..

Nice fleet of proper BMW there. A little jealous of that e46 M3 convertible...
