Hi all , I know I'm a bit early lol, but I've been on the phone to Potters, and asked them about the Christmas party night all inclusive , they have said the booklet etc comes out in June - July but the places for those nights go quickly , I'm just wondering if anybody is interested , I will phone them again in June and ask again about when they will be taking bookings as we missed out last year , I hope I'm not jumping ahead of myself, I've done this early ( lol ) so we have a choice in what we want to do , ;)

Yes, Shelly, you're right, the sooner we get sorted, the better the date pickings and it will give people more chance to fit in with making their arrangements.

I'll start trying to have a look as well, with a view to similar set up with entertainment!

It will be good if we get in early with the booking as hopefully we can then do the one with the room , drink, food etc as it worked out a lot cheaper, that's if people still want to do Potters, were up for what ever the majority want to do :)

Hi all , just got the brochure in the post for the Zest Rooms party nights in Potters , I will also be looking at other venues , if anyone else has any ideas please put them forward .......

Saturday 6th December £39.99 pp Back to the 80s party night with Class of 87........
Friday 12th December £44.99 pp Black and White Night with The Austin Beats.........
Saturday 13th December £46.99 pp 70s Glam Christmas Party Night with Muffy and the Misfits........
Friday 19th December £44.99 pp Winter Wonderland Christmas Party Night with Aftershock plus DJ .........
Saturday 20th December £49.99 Masked Ball with Scratch the Cat plus DJ ........
It looks like we would have to book the room separate again if we choose to go to Potter , I will phone them again to see if they are doing any all inclusive party nights :)
If you want me to write the meal menus in for each night I can do that for you ;)

Potters is in Hopton a few miles from Great Yarmouth ,
We are looking at other places as well this is just a suggestion ;)
The EAC went their last year for our Christmas party night

Yes, Back to the 80s, sounds okay. Shaun mentioned that a Motown Night somewhere would fit the bill, but finding it in the East Anglian region, with accommodation might be a problem!!:rolleyes:

Hi all just been on the phone to The Ocean Room in Gorleston , I'm now waiting for a call back , should hear from them tomorrow , they do a good Christmas Party night , me and Alan have been a few times before , but we will have to get accommodation else where , I've just phone The Pier hotel which is on their door step , their rooms start from £80 pounds which include breakfast , don't know the price of party night yet ;)

The Ocean Room has phoned me , but the prices and food menu don't come out till end of August beginning of September , but she said the meal would be about £37 pounds with the entrainment ,;)
Any one got any other ideas of where we could go :)
