Just got this through the post, I'll give it a whirl later in the week. As much as I like polishing manually this will take the pain and time out of tight areas, especially with the flexible attachment and pads.

First thing to do is stretch out that cable and let it sit for good while to get the kinks out of it Andy, otherwise you can end up polishing out scratches from the cable rubbing on paintwork.

I've got one of those flexi attachments with my Dremel and they really a great addition. I like the way you can hold it like a pen to get into fine areas, holes etc. I used one with a fine grinding wheel bit to clean the hole on the back of my front hubs when I fitted new speed sensors. You can do the job without it but why struggle? You have so much more control too

Direct drive mate.
Excellent, a proper polisher but be aware yoiu can do some serious damage, your biggest risk is panel edges and body lines, on panel edges make sure the spin is away from the edge, meaning that the mop is spinning off the panel toeards the edge if that makes sense

Is this a mini one with the 1", 2" and 3" pads? I've been looking at a similar one on Amazon but it hasn't got that flexi attachment. Have you got a link to this one please?
Hang on ....

Thanks, that link has just come up with a load of different products. But as you mention SPTA it's the same one I was looking at
3rd and 8th products down are the flexi lines. One for £47 with a gazillion pads and one for £8 just the flexi line

I would not bother with the AG Swirl removers. Get a decent set designed for this sort of work such as Menzerna or 3M and the likes
