Electronic Power Steering

Hi all, I am in Canada and need a steering column rebuild. I have contacted Power Steering Service in London. Does anyone know of any place in North America that can do the job? By the time I ship my column there and back, plus a $115 pound VAT tax it's not worth it. Plus the cost to do the job.

Any help from any one in NA would be greatly helpful. I already replaced the original EPS column with a used on and it lasted a few months! The original is still on my basement floor.
