Started the car today and got an engine light, so plugged in my C110 code scanner and the following came up under the DTC:
Message
SW - V6.2
SS32024D
Part Number 7511570
Hardware Number 19
Coding Index 00
Diagnosis Index 11
Bus Index 60
Error Codes
- 44 Activation, solenoid valve, tank ventilation
- F1 Misfire, cylinder 4
- 08 Signal, air-mass flow sensor
Cleared the codes and scanned again a few times, with ony one code reappearing (but no engine light):
- 44 Activation, solenoid valve, tank ventilation
As part number 7511570 is related to the ECU, it could be they were all thrown by the recent rain and ingress into my car (I’m planning a decent trip out tomorrow to help clear the cobwebs), but am I right in thinking the tank ventilation code is to do with the charcoal canister?
And where is the ECU actually located?
I’ve read on here that it could also be to do with the filler cap, so I’ve undone/re-twised that back on too.
Thanks
