I've decided on 3 styles of wheels I want to replace my current ones with, so have been scouring the usual for sale sites for them. Came across this advert for a set of split rim style 71's from the E46 Club Sport.

Have a look at the pictures...

"They have all been powder coated
Fitted with new 225/40/18 front tyres, and 255/35/18 rear tyres
They do not come with centre badges"

It's not the shininess of them, it's that they powder coated them without splitting the rims... :inpain:
Oh dear I get it. Could be a financial fupar then! See what you mean when you zoom in on them. Keep looking Gaz!

The once happened to me with a set of AC Schnitzer wheels, sent them in for a full strip down and refurb and they came back like this: -

I very nearly did cry. after a bit of fighting with the company and many months later……

Only the faces have been treated, you can see the overspray through the spokes, somehow they look plastic!

P.S. Did not pay that much for my new Rondalls!

Just goes to show the difference when things are done properly. Worth the fight Brian for sure.
