SATURDAY 27th April.
The Dog in the Lane. SY4 4BU
This years evening meal and pre-run get together is provisionally booked at The Dog in the Lane, SY4 4BU. The pub sits right beside the A53 just outside Shrewsbury on the road to Shawbury. We have selflessly done a bit of research and I can confirm that the food portions are generous and the eponymously named “Dog in the Lane” bitter is excellent. The menu is on their website.
Initially I will just need numbers before I can confirm the booking so please let me know via this thread ASAP if you plan on coming and I will take food orders in due course. You do not have to be attending the Sunday run to join us at the meal and vice versa if you only want to do the Sunday drive.
It would be good to meet up for grub again so we hope you can make the date.
