Did this today and it took less then an hour, however the trim was already stripped out. firstly mark out hole, as you can see it is to one side as its a flatter surface, I drew around the speaker and then reduced it so it sits nice and tight.
Next I rough cut it with a 1mm thick cutting disc,
I then cleaned it up with a strip and clean disc, drilled and fitted the speed clips
Speaker sat in place for marking up as you can see its upside down as its very close to te inner cross member and the terminals where in the way, but you can barely tell when the cover is fitted
its so tight that a piece of carpet needed removing.
