Forum updates weekend of 27/28th Feb.

Not pencilled anything definite as yet but I have a few updates to apply to the forum at some stage. Forum core needs updating, which means I need to update the theme and several of the add on components.

Aiming for this weekend, most likely Sunday. I'll update you all as the weekend gets closer, but would be looking at about 2 hours down time in total.
