Car has been chugging when cold then ok when warm ,sometimes revs ok,sometimes not , think May have slight hole in pipe between the box, diagnostic box says fuel trim ?can anyone help thanks

Does it have a code with the error message? The codes are usually more helpful than the descriptions!

OK, it's possible someone may be able to answer with the description you gave. I'm just used to the fault codes that's all!

Just had a scan back through your previous posts to get your engine type -- 2001 1.9 -- should help people out with the diagnosis ;)

I can imagine that's wearing thin.. I'm guessing its going to be one of the sensors, but not 100% sure myself...

I think the first course of action is to rule the P0170 code out as the cause, I.e. Check for obvious leaks etc in the intake and vacuum systems.

Any and all rubber hoses around the induction and cylinder head covet and plenum chamber, fetch them off, check for cracks and splits
