Now that I like! Never been a fan of the G29, but with a lottery win it could be on my list. I won't be holding my breath and I'm thinking about legal action with regard to ' misrepresentation' . My 'Lucky dips' aren't. :p:(

It's been available for months. Only available in that horrible green with the brown interior in the UK, which is nuts. It seems like BMW UK really don't want to sell them (which they are struggling to do at present).

That's my feeling about the G29 really, it is a totally different animal to the Z3 so it seems huge. Aimed at a different market, the Z3 originally was an MX5 competitor whereas the G29 is more F type Jag league.

I am not a fan of the G29 (gone too BMW corporate IMHO), but they look larger than they actually are. They give the perception of being much larger than the previous E89, especially in pictures, but are actually quite small in the flesh. I think it's because they look quite 'square'.

It’s got some decent reviews. Front end styling not great imo, but love the rear end.

Of course they do come in M40i version with the wonderful, brilliant, fantastic, awesome, lush B58 engine! As you can probably tell, I am quite a fan of that particular 'lump'. I had one in my 440i, lightly tuned to 370bhp and 600nm. It would do 55mpg on the motorway at 70 ish! o_O

Took these when I called down to Sytner Sheffield the other month on my regular grommet run =))

They've still got it.....

There's quite a few new Z4s various specs on Autotrader with chunky discounts at the moment, so I guess they aren't flying out of the dealerships at the moment.
There aren't really any direct competitors to the Z4 these days - Jaguar don't do a sports car these days, nothing from Merc and even the Audi TT's gone. I suspect it's days are numbered.....

I don't know about now but a couple of months back there had been 0 (zero) manual M40is ordered by the paying public, apparently. Only dealer-issued cars.
