This arrived I n the post today. A vacuum brake bleeder and fluid mover.

You simply connect an airline to the valve and the tube to the port on top of the bottle. Attach the tube to the bleed screw and loosen, then open the tap and as the air flows through it sucks the fluid from the bleed screw.

Just the same as the fluid remover highlighted by @Andy McDonnell a couple of weeks ago. The one Andy showed does have a hand pump to create vacuum too for those who don't have a compressor. For £13 I thought it was worth a punt.

That looks a lot easier to use than the old pressure bleeder, no pumping up required .

yeah be good to see how this works looks like an easy thing to make too... assume its using the compressor and creating a vacuum through a venturi somehow... its got to be easier than getting someone to pump the brake pedal while bleeding... has anyone thought about using a garden pressure sprayer to create a vacuum somehow....?

anyone used a mightyvac ?

Understood - looks a good tool and not expensive. Thanks

JC
I did have it hooked up to an airline at work and it seemed to have a decent suction on the vacuum side at w/shop pressure.
