Just found the site. Have a '99 Z3 which I'm replacing the top on myself and general restoring. Drives great, dependable. Have some mold and mildew stains that are going to be a challenge, and a ripped seat which I don't want to spend the money to replace but not sure fixing is possible. In any case, cheers and glad to be here.

Thanks for asking. Right on the side bump out, let me post a pic. Would love to get any and all opinions on what should be done.

Welcome from Australia... And if were my Z, with no money to spend. Seat covers will at least slow or stop it from getting worse, I have big fluffy woolen ones although my seats are pristine. but the covers are cooler in the sun and comfortable...

A good trimmer should be able to sort that seat issue for £50 or so. :)

Thats large but its repairable I would say with some effort and patience I would certainly have a go whats to lose. It needs to be packed and lined first but all the bits come in a pack from furniture clinic.

Wow @Nodzed ! Thanks for those pictures. I found some videos using the colourblock line of filler and dye. I'll have to finish my top replacement first.
