Help fixing passenger side lock.

So, when I got the new to me Z, the passenger lock is broken. You put the key in and it spins forever. I use the driver side door to lock it. I would like to fix it, but don't even know where to start. Any help would be much appreciate it. I do have the Bentley Repair Manual, but don't see a section that would help with this. But, I'm still looking. Wish it had an index.

The index in mine is at the back, after OBD49 and before the Blank Notes pages
