BC Racing like a few of us have.

Gaz shocks - first time we have UK based maker doing kits for the Z3 that has actually been developed on cars here (for the new race series). If I was needing a set now I'd be talking with them about what I'd like and what can they offer for drop / spring rates etc they must have been through a few options to get to the kits they have now.

If there is nothing wrong with your suspension mate I'd leave it be. Spend the money on something else you want for the car, like a supercharger!

I've always found that coilovers are great for track work but not as good on the road. I had progressive springs on my old Z3, they weren't "crashy" on the road and offered pin sharp handling on the track. I suppose it depends on what you want to achieve but coilovers aren't always the best option.

e36 compact is what you need.

or Z3 specific stuff

but there is no point getting the rears just fronts if you want adjustability
