Front or rear? Andy @spurs fan in a coupe had some nice rear ones in silver (Arctic?).

I’ve got a range of z3 rear wings for sale.

You’re looking at about £75-100 for the wing, easy enough to fit, but not a quick job.

I'd say don't. I just picked up a new Z3 and I'm sure the dodgy calliper covers are causing a click from the NSF wheel on rotation. They'll all be in the bin shortly.

Don't. Take the originals off and paint them a nice lairy colour. Them plastic covers invariably look cr4p.
