How not to add parts to the car!

While looking up cars in US, came across this and noticed this strange feature on the side!

looks like it is upside down as well poor car! I hope they are just stuck on and can be taken off without any panel damage!

They are fine.....its the car thats upside down....

I bet it's got quick release jubilee clips too, they are worth an extra 25hp which combined with exterior parts will make it as quick as a z4m!
