Based in Toronto and currently retired. I currently own a 2001 BMW Z3 with a M54b30 engine.
Still trying to figure out the oil leaks and door lock issues.

I hope to learn more on our Z3 site.

Hi and welcome from me in Scotland .

Once you've had a chance to navigate round the forum a bit you can post a thread up with your issues lots of help on here.
If its central locking issues you have the boot loom ( often referred to as ' the loom of doom ' ) the one on the left side with boot open is a well known problem area for wiring issues ( broken wires ) this may help.
