Hello fellow Zed owners!
This post is long overdue. My name is Dave, I'm from Bristol and I am a serial BMW owner! After many months of searching and saving, I became the proud owner of a Z4M on April 1st. Stats are; 2006, 43k miles, interlagos blue, black leather & carbon interior. The car has been named "Roary" cos of the fantastic roar the straight six makes when the right foot goes down
Roary wasn't very well looked after by his previous owner, so I've spent a long time cleaning, unblocking roof drains and fixing a leak in the boot so far. There are several scrapes on the body work that I will eventually fix, once my bank account has recovered from the purchase! There is also paint on the drivers seat which as yet I haven't managed to shift. Any tips there would be gratefully received!
I attended BM's on the lawn in June where I met several like minded gents and decided to sign up to ZRoadster! I have my tickets for Silverstone in July, which I'm very much looking forward to. Hopefully I can meet some more of you there!
That's enough waffle for now, thanks for reading
Cheers,
Dave
