As a certified "fair weather driver" of the zed, I tend to only accumilate dust on a drive out.
I have used this for the last year or so as it came with the last bar of clay I bought, and it does a nice job betwixt washes...

I'm a fair weather driver of my Zed too but my summer road trips (around Europe and Ireland) are not guaranteed to always bring fair, bug free weather and I'd rather wash the bugs, etc off.

Last year in Germany I needed an elastic band to hold a dodgy charger connector into my phone and asked the wife if she had one. Her reply "there wasn't room in the car" so this looks like a good 'compact' travel kit that shouldn't compromise luggage as it will go behind the seats.

I know....................I'll put an elastic band in it...............never know when you might need one!!

The fair weather sometimes isn't as fair as we'd like it to be.

Not wrong... and if you're off around Europe then yes I agree completely that your kit will be worth it!

Just a tip from many years of travelling in bug infested Canada!! Most drivers of rods, customs and antiques spray the front of their cars with cooking spray oil!! Works like magic and releases with a bit of soapy water. Give it a try, you just might like it!! JIM STILL on topic only Day 7
