Latest Threads - Added To Menu Bar

As reported by a few members the "View Active Topics" link was useful on the the old site. To resolve this "Latest Threads" has now added to the menu bar. (The description can't be changed as it's hard coded in to the forum software).

This option will list all the posts from the last 30 days.
