For the last few months I’ve been driving past a house regularly where I could see a Z under a full cover that never moves. Last week it was suddenly uncovered and I managed to get a look at it while passing. Turns out it’s a facelift 2.0 with only 7289miles on the clock. It was only uncovered to get its MOT.

Nice, but sad! It was made to be driven, now if it's driven the 'value' it has as a low mileage example disappears. So it will probably stay a garage queen.

If it's lived outside under a sheet/cover for many years it ain't no garage Queen anymore, so the value is likely a lot less than the owner thinks.

Correct Tony, it will no doubt require work, but with that mileage it's a case of either restore and show it occasionally or drive it and forget about market value.

Yes, it’s very sad. I cannot understand why you would keep a car like that and never use it. It’s under a full cover, but out on a gravel drive, so it won’t really be protected. Also being a 2.0, and silver with black roof, it’s not really worth a premium anyway.
