M boot lid removal help

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how to disconnect the boot lid wiring? As I need to remove the boot lid for some paint work

how you removed the boot loom?
a pair of wire cutters. will gaffa tape them back together later.

The way the sparks were going into the boot i thought the car was going to catch fire!!

Haha.. im joking.. ;)

In the end i didnt remove the boot lid as all i needed to remove was the rear number plate panel. ;)

Wouldn't it have been easier to go to Halfords for some rattle cans of paint. Saves taking the boot off.

Im getting the number plate panel painted professionally as a rattle can would look pants.. ;)
