Its OK, but i find it a bit light weight. Better products from Poorboys or Auto finesse

Agree,
There is a lot of hype surrounding Meguiars, but I too have found it doesn't live up to the expectations, especially their range of cutting, polishing and swirl removing stuff.
Wouldn't mind, but it''s not cheap stuff to buy, and then find its not that good.

Also agree, my 2 £20 Meguiars buckets hold water just the same as my 99p B&Q bucket does. I mainly use Autobrite stuff as it fairly local and they do some good deals in their sales. I still go back to the Autoglym super resin polish followed by extra gloss protection combo quite often though, you can't beat it for value and what is does.

I've found a full respray cheaper than some of the kit the detailers use (!).
Then I just wash it carefully and put lots of wax on ;)

Well mine was, and if I'm honest it works ok to me. All the Meguairs stuff I have, I bought from a Super Target store in Kissimmee on sale so I can't really complain.

I'd better trade mark 'unicorn p*ss' and other variations are then.
Any ideas on variations..?

I too can vouch for the tyre gel that meguiars make and have found their plastic polish to be very good on an old hazy rear window. I use their roof cleaner as well which isn't too bad either. I don't have any complaints but there are certainly other brands out there that offer equally good if not better detailing products.

Agree some of the Maguires stuff OK. Its the Mirror bright stuff i feel is lightweight.
Always use Maguires Gold shampoo, i like endurance although currently using Grease Monkey equivalent. Do like their Gold class polish, easy to use and gives a good finish.

I do like the endurance tyre gel by Meguairs, even if its more of a pain to apply than other stuff.
flings off like crazy though, i'm switching to Carbon Collective Sateen after my endurance gel runs out
