Nigel Stepney: Ferrari 'spy-gate' mechanic dies in road accident.
If you can remember all the way back to the 2007 season (I had forgotten about this) when Stepney leaked nearly 800 pages of confidential Ferrari information to McLaren before the season started and Alonso throwing his dummy out of his pram as he considered himself a better driver than Hamilton and would not be treated as #2 driver, so threatened to reveal incriminating information to the FIA during a row with team principal Ron Dennis.

Mercedes to Test Its Solution to the Exhaust Noise Issue
Formula One underwent a new stage of evolution this season with the implementation of new engine rules and other modifications. Fans and the higher ups of F1 like Bernie Ecclestone have shown their dismay with the resulting noises of the new engines. According to the F1 President and CEO, he was “horrified” by the lack of noise from the race cars.
So, in order to please the F1 community, and probably the F1 boss, it was recently revealed by Mercedes that it is working on a solution to address the issue. The tweet of Mercedes regarding the matter can be seen in the screenshot below:

Monaco GP: Red Bull designer Adrian Newey to stay on

Formula 1's pre-eminent car designer Adrian Newey has ended speculation about a move to Ferrari by saying he will stay at Red Bull.
Newey is believed to have a Red Bull contract until the end of 2017.
But, at the Monaco Grand Prix, he said: "I remain committed to Red Bull for the foreseeable future."

I am shocked by the accident. My thoughts are with the two people who were injured and I wish them a fast recovery

An accident occurred during a visit to the training camp of the German National Football Team: while driving on a closed circuit, DTM driver Pascal Wehrlein injured two people whom he unexpectedly encountered walking on the closed course. We cannot offer any statement concerning the severity of injuries, as both injured parties are currently undergoing medical treatment. Pascal Wehrlein was uninjured in the accident. We deeply regret this accident and send wishes of quick recovery to the injured. We will work in full cooperation with the authorities in determining the exact circumstances of the accident.

Red Bull's Adrian Newey shifts sole focus from Formula 1

Did you notice Hamilton's tantrum and faked blindness that had a miraculous recovery at the Monaco GP, why do these prima donna's think the lead or pole should be gifted to them, Vettel is the same, unfortunately it takes practice, dedication, skill, determination and motivation to be top dog, go Nico I say!

F1 legend Michael Schumacher 'out of coma'

F1 champion Michael Schumacher has left hospital in Grenoble and is no longer in a coma, his family says. The 45-year-old German will continue his rehabilitation at an undisclosed location, they said in a statement. Schumacher was placed in a medically induced coma after suffering a severe head injury in a skiing accident in the French Alps on 29 December.

A former Formula One doctor has criticised the announcement that Michael Schumacher has emerged from his coma, warning that the 45-year-old is still unlikely ever to make a full recovery.
Dr Gary Hartstein attacked Schumacher's management over what he considers 'triumphal' claims, saying it was 'not news', and branding the announcement 'highly cynical' and 'almost certainly false'.
Schumacher was yesterday transferred from Grenoble University Hospital in France, to a rehabilitation clinic in the Swiss city of Lausanne, where he is said to be responding to voices - particularly that of his wife Corinna.
