Just thought I'd post this up as its a really nice event.

I attended with our boys last year and one of the best family Motorsport days in my book.
Amazing setting in the Crytal palace park (complete with life size dinosaur statutes!),
Nice relaxed open air car displays but best of all you can get right up close to the start line of the hill climb.
Not too spread out so easy if you have little ones and also not expensive gate fee.
Take cash for the stalls though, last year they had a guy with amazing unboxed Burago models at bargain prices!

Our then 2yr old still remembers and reminded me this week asking when are we going again!

No Z for for us that day, we won't fit but we'll take the 2.8 V6 bus instead.
We not sure of which day yet normally see how the weather is before deciding.
29+30th May.

Love the 190E in front of the Mini, that has got to be a Cosworth Evo

They are very simialir and that red E30 has an extra flap on the wing which makes it harder to tell.

Haven't seen a 190 Cosworth out in the wild in years.

@Dino D cram as many of these days into your life as you can, before you know it, he'll have moved in with his girlfriend, and have his own BMW, if you are lucky, you'll see him once a week. The next 20 years will vanish, enjoy every moment. Take him everywhere and teach him everything you can.

I hear you, the first thing to go in my Z when I got it was the baby seat.
Sharing experiences with the kids is what makes it all special, it's really something I feel blessed to have.

The Z will be a keeper (and my eldest wants it but he's only 7..) but now my youngest is 3 he can come on more trips so a fun car with more seats is on the cards in the next year or so, depends how business goes.
A V8 M3 is the natural next step but LS powered cars have a charm factor. It's all about the low speed drama for me now!
