Hello Zedders

Well the time finally came today to experience not only a Z3 1.9 but a Z3 1.9 ZCAR
AND I BLOODY LOVED IT!!!
The very kind or should I say the very trusting lovely @CTZCar Callum allowed me to drive his beautiful Z3 on one condition

YOU MUST DRIVE IT FAST!!!!! :nailbiting:

So there is me in a lovely chaps car I met for 5mins with a booster cushion and @N4LLY coat to push me up to see over the steering wheel and @Jamie Jeffrey sat next to me as my instructor :rally:

So @Jamie Jeffrey was keen for me to start first which made me a little uneasy but he soon calmed me down as it was time to start her up :D
There was this cool switch to lift up and flick a second switch and then the START button to push in and ..........ROAR :D she was started
1st gear and oh wow I am actually moving toward the line up in front behind the pace cars
At this point I am thinking @Jamie Jeffrey is a good actor or just to cool and laid back  he didn't look worried at all :nailbiting: :rally:

We started to follow the pace car out of the pit lane on the National circuit and straight away Jamie started instructing me on the lines to take which gear and when to brake and mostly importantly the power!!!! Well I couldn't let @CTZCar down and drive like an old dear :p
After a few laps I settled in and heard POWER POWER POWER POWER A LOT :D

WOW WOW WOW who the hell ever said a 1.9 was slow??? I was one of them until now
This car handled so so so well amazing off the corners and dam quick down the straight and sounded lovely (yes a 1.9 sounded really good) :rally:

Now I did get a tad carried away towards the end of session out of Copse, went to wide over the rumble strip lost the back end (more experience required) and did an epic 360 :bag: and was caught on camera by @Lee Barraclough :nailbiting:
A bit shocked but finally managed to get it out the grass and @CTZCar has a lump of grass from the Silverstone track as a souvenir (sorry)

I can truly say I had way more fun in this Z3 1.9 than I did last time in my Z3M 3.2 and I went much quicker in the 1.9 :D

So anyone with a 1.9 thinking you need something quicker you don't

My tuition was done by @Jamie Jeffrey at

All hail the M44 massive and ZCARS

Thank you millions @CTZCar @Jamie Jeffrey @Julian Jeffrey x

P.S Who's building my ZCAR :coolsteer)

Nice one Stacy, sounds like you had a blast .
We also did a 360, same corner but stayed on the track just by luck . All good fun though ;), at least it shows you were pushing on.
Nice lads, the Z cars bunch.

Stacy,

Great afternoon at Silverstone and Z10 is looking great in “rally mode”, the turf in the engine compartment is pure class!!

Great to meet a few of the Z3 fanatics today.

Look forward to seeing you all again soon. Anyone looking for tuition I would recommend Jamie, busy young man but great coach. Link is in Stacys post.

To be honest the only driver that didn’t have an off today was Jamie. Oliver, Julian and I all managed to test track limits and lose. So all good

Would love to see Lee’s footage..... obvious only to see Z10 on and off track
