Hi all,
We are new Z3 owners! Having gotten rid of our previous convertible last year, at the first sign of sunny weather ahead of the summer we had to get another one.
This is our first BMW and love the retro feel of our little Z3.
We are planning on replacing the roof, refurbishing the wheels so may need some advice on that!

Welcome to you, would agree members use Jack Smith trimmers in Swansea for rerplacement roof, takes a day while you explore the City. Waiting list for his services due to his price, he is the cheapest out there, choice of colour as well.

Set of leather ones would improve its appearance

Yep it’s not a high spec, but we have other cars for luxury and performance! This is for a bit of fun in the sun, also leather and sun isn’t always the best when it gets hot!
Quite like the cloth seats tbh. Adds a splash of colour.

I've been a Z3 enthusiast for near 7 years now and have never seen a red cloth seat. I'd imagine very very few were ever specced this way.

It can be easy to add to the spec of the car if needed as parts, new or used are mostly readily available and don't break the bank too much.

Hope you have fun with the Z. They have so much character and fun to drive. Nothing feels more right than top down, sunnies on and tootling around in a 90s BMW on a weekend. 😎
