Already finding the forum incredibly useful… especially as I finally stumbled across a VIN decoder link here that actually works!

I’d always known my Z4 Coupe 3.0si Sport (2008) was a good spec, but the VIN breakdown confirmed some things I didn’t fully appreciate:

Space Grey Metallic (which I now gather is one of the more sought-after colours)
M Sport suspension, seats & steering wheel
Full Leather New England – Black
(nicer grade than I realised)
Xenons, brushed aluminium trim, sun protection glass, auto-dimming mirror

I was originally going to market it as a nice, well-kept example… now I can confidently position it as a rare, well-specced car

Thanks to the forum for pointing me in the right direction – without it, I’d have probably undersold the car.
